Introduction #
SmartChart supports packaging developed dashboards as templates for quick application to new projects via backup/restore. You can use built-in local templates or purchase professional large screen templates from the store, enabling one-click migration of datasets, charts, and templates, greatly reducing repetitive development time.

Quickly apply developed templates to greatly improve development and learning efficiency
Apply Local Templates #
You can quickly apply locally backed-up templates. We include a universal data query and download template:
- Create a new dashboard, click in the development interface
- Enter “01_SMARTCHART” and click Local Restore
Apply Store Templates #
Same method as “Apply Local Templates”. Note that store templates are paid value-added services:
- Contact customer service to get a download key from TB Store
- Follow the “Apply Local Template” method, enter the download key, and click “Store Download”
Application Notes #
- If the dashboard has datasets you no longer need, select FORCE in the download key to auto-clear existing datasets before downloading
- Templates are inexpensive and do not include consulting services. Please learn how to use them yourself
